RELAX is a private assistant service operated under the SUMMIT holding company ("RELAX," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — with particular care for your mobile number and text messages.
Your name, email address, mobile phone number, and the details you share with us so we can handle your requests (preferences, dates, budgets, and similar information). We collect this only from you, and only what a request or your membership requires.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in information with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for.
Message frequency varies — messages are sent in response to your requests and are not on a fixed schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email info@textrelax.com.
To provide the service: to research, plan, coordinate, and fulfill the requests you send us, and to communicate with you about them. We share information with a service provider only to the minimum extent a specific booking you approved requires (for example, a name and time to hold a reservation).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles. We do not share your mobile number for anyone's marketing.
We keep your information for as long as you are a member and as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete it, or you leave, we delete your personal information, including your mobile number, within a reasonable period.
