These terms govern the text-message (SMS) program of RELAX, a private assistant service operated under the SUMMIT holding company. By providing your mobile number and texting us, you agree to these terms.
RELAX sends you text messages that acknowledge your requests, confirm bookings, and give you updates on the tasks you asked us to handle. Messages are conversational and tied to what you send us — you text one number, and we respond.
You provide your mobile number when you become a member and when you text us, and by doing so you consent to receive text messages from RELAX related to your requests and your membership. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your requests and our responses. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email info@textrelax.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle your mobile number and personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we never sell or share your mobile number for anyone's marketing.
RELAX does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice. Documents are read and flagged for your own professionals, not replaced by us. We do not do anything illegal, and we are independent of and unaffiliated with any club, casino, or resort.
Membership terms — pricing, fair use, cancellation — are provided to members at sign-up and form part of your agreement with RELAX. Month-to-month; cancel anytime.
